Legal notice and terms of use
Last updated: 6 October 2026
The Spanish version of these terms prevails in case of discrepancy.
1. Who is behind OwlAI
OwlAI (owlai.es) is a free personal project with no commercial activity, run from Spain. For any question, including about these terms or your data, write to contacto@owlai.es.
2. What OwlAI is
OwlAI describes the state of financial markets and the economy every day by comparing a set of public indicators with their own history. It shows how things stand today and what changed versus a week and a month ago. It is free to use and needs no sign-up.
3. Not financial advice
All OwlAI content is general, descriptive information. It is not investment advice, a personal recommendation or an invitation to buy or sell any financial instrument within the meaning of securities-market regulation. OwlAI makes no forecasts: colours and states describe the present against history, and history does not guarantee future results.
Investing involves risk, including the loss of capital. Before making investment decisions, consider your own situation and, if needed, consult an authorised professional.
4. Data accuracy and liability
The data comes from third-party sources (section 6), is processed automatically and may contain errors, delays, revisions or gaps. OwlAI checks its quality every day and shows the warnings it finds, but does not guarantee that the information is accurate, complete or up to date, nor that the site is always available.
To the extent permitted by law, OwlAI is not liable for decisions you make or for any loss arising from the use of the published information.
5. Acceptable use
You may freely browse OwlAI and share links to it. You may not use the site in ways that harm its operation (for example, mass automated downloads) or present its content as financial advice.
